NATUREBOTTS BIODEGRADABLE BABY WIPES
In a recent Green Living Guide in The Guardian (Sept 06) they said this about baby wipes:
"Worth mentioning are wipes: these commonly include propylene glycol (a binder also found in antifreeze), parabens (a family of compounds commonly used as preservatives) and perfume, which can be made up of up to 600 different chemicals. No one needs them to be so heavily scented: all this malarkey just adds to the chemicals and the emissions churned out in production. A baby's bottom is too sensitive for all these perfumes. Other things we don't need: disposable changing mats and perfumed nappy bags (why must everything be perfumed?)".

Testing has proven that they take 6-12 months in a biologically active landfill site to reach full biodegradation.
The site where our wipes are manufactured is approved to ISO 14001, the international standard for a company's Environmental Management System, which means they are performing all the processes in the most environmentally friendly way possible.
