ORDER PROCESS

The Naturebotts site has a 6 step ordering process:

  1. Browse the site and add products to your shopping basket. The prices quoted include VAT where applicable.

  2. Review your shopping basket and our Terms and Conditions of Sale. You can only proceed to the checkout once you have acknowledged that you accept our Terms and Conditions

  3. Enter your debit or credit card billing details. If this address is also the address to which you want the goods shipped, then please check the box to save you entering them again.

  4. Enter the delivery address and delivery instructions. We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses or BFPO addresses. We will contact you if there is a query regarding the delivery details.

  5. Confirm the order summary. Prior to entering your debit or credit card details, we give you the opportunity to review the order with all of the above details, to ensure that there are no mistakes. If you find any mistakes you can always go back and correct them.

  6. Enter your debit or credit card details into our secure Payment Page, click "Confirm and Pay" and your order is complete. If you want to check our security, please click the icons on the payment page or review our security information.
