Yaoh Sun Block
As per recommendations published in the British Medical Journal, consumers are advised to apply sunscreen using the following guidance. To gain the sun protection advertised on the tube, you should squeeze out two lines of sun cream along the full length of the underside of your index and middle fingers.
This amount should then be applied to EACH of the following areas every 2 hours and after swimming:
- Head, neck and face
- Left arm
- Right arm
- Upper back
- Lower back
- Upper front torso
- Lower front torso
- Left upper leg and thigh
- Right upper leg and thigh
- Left lower leg and foot
- Right lower leg and foot
If you do not apply this much, please be aware that the sun cream may not reach its advertised efficacy. Please note that this guidance applies to all sunscreen, not just that from Yaoh.

My daughter suffers from eczema and this cream is the only one I have found that is moisturising but still blocks the sun, before I found this she used to be caked in white 'emulsion' which was impossible to get off her poor skin.

I've been using this for years, on the whole family and it's been brilliant. Whenever I borrow someone's other cream I hate it. This smells gorgeous too and people often comment on it. Excellent value too, although it only lasts one year or so. But I think that's the same with any suncream. I put it in smaller bottles for nursery/home etc.

I have always suffered from heat rash but when I used Yaoh it was the first time in years that I didn't get a rash. It was fine on my son's eczema skin as well.

Thought this might smell horrible but it smells gorgeous. Goes on really well, without smearing or being greasy. Am pleasantly surprised.
