Naturebotts delivers to MAINLAND UK (England, Scotland & Wales) only - orders to other countries will not be processed.

BANK HOLIDAYS - Please note that on the Bank Holidays of Monday 3rd & Monday 26th May there will be no deliveries.
All orders placed from the Friday afternoon beforehand and over the weekend will be processed on the Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday.

- Our fanstastic new lower prices for nappies mean that you will not receive free delivery with just 2 boxes anymore - please make sure you add on some other products to get free delivery.
- Packaging - our warehouse aims to be as green as possible, so we re-use boxes that may not be labelled with Naturebotts products, such as boxes for appliances etc, so please do check that your order is from Naturebotts before refusing delivery (this happened recently...). Thanks
- Smaller products may be included in with other boxes, such as nappy sacks may be put in with your wipes, so please do look through all your boxes.
- Samples of nappies & trainer pants have no delivery charge as the cost includes postage. They may be posted separately to your order.
- Cornwall and Scotland - delivery prices and timings may vary. Please call us on 0845 226 2186 for more information.
- Ireland (Northern & Southern) & the Channel Islands - due to delivery costs we are unable to supply these areas - please click to visit the local websites.

If you are placing your first order with us this must be delivered to your Billing Address (this is to deter fraudulent orders - subsequent orders may be delivered elsewhere) and we will contact you by phone to confirm your details and requirements when the order is being processed.
- Delivery is by courier using a Next Day service, excluding weekends & bank holidays.
- Saturday deliveries cost about £25 more - call us if you are this desperate!
- For Online ordering, please place your order by 1 pm for next day delivery, excluding weekends. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on this website and will be processed during office hours (M-F, 9-5). You will receive a confirmation email from the website and then a further email once the order has been processed in the office.
- For Phone ordering, please place your order on 0845 226 2186 by 2 pm for next day delivery, excluding weekends. Orders can be placed Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Once the order has been processed in the office you will receive an email confirming your order, if you have an email address.
- When placing your order, please give delivery details of where the goods can be left if you are out, such as with a neighbour or in a porch. If the goods are left somewhere the courier will put a card through your letterbox notifying you of their whereabouts.
- There is a mandatory box to fill in at the checkout if you order online - we can only accept 30 characters as this is the space on the courier's form.
- The goods should ideally be signed for and we cannot accept responsibility if anything were to happen to the goods if left as instructed, eg. if they are rained on, if they are stolen or removed by refuse collectors.
- If you are buying a gift for a friend, please call us prior to placing the order with details of any special message to be included.

NEW & UPDATED RETURNS INFORMATION
naturebotts has gone a long way in the last 7 years from a mum in her sitting room to an office of 5 mums & a large warehouse.
We have always tried our best to keep our customers happy - this has been evident in the way we have grown and that a huge percentage of our customers are referred by friends & family.
As we get bigger in size things have to change to cope with supply/demand and we try hard to not let this affect our lovely customers but sometimes it does mean we need to have new policies.
One of these now is our returns policy which has been updated to cope with us having more products that people may need to return because of wrong sizing/colour/material etc.
Please read carefully through the notes below so you are clear about this updated policy.

Please contact us first on 0845 226 2186 to arrange the return of any goods.
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER ON RECEIPT AND INFORM US OF ANY DISCREPANCIES WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS.
Returns
- If you wish to return any goods they must be returned within 30 days of receipt and should be adequately insured during the return journey.
- Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office as it is the customer's liability if the item does not reach us.
- The customer will bear the cost of postage unless the item is faulty (see below).
- Please include a copy of the invoice (which is enclosed with your order), using the new returns information section at the bottom of the form.
- Once we have received the goods we will contact you to arrange a refund which must go on the credit card used to place the original order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the adjustment on to the card.
- The customer will bear the usual P&P costs of any replacement items.
- Goods cannot be refunded unless in their original saleable condition .
Please send re-saleable returns to our warehouse: Returns Dept, Naturebotts Ltd, Creech Holding, Tolpuddle, Dorchester, DT2 7HB.
Faulty Goods
- If you believe you have faulty goods contact us first on 0845 226 2186.
- The goods must be returned to our office within 30 days of receipt and should be adequately insured during the return journey.
- Please obtain proof of postage from the post office as it is the customer's liability if the item does not reach us.
- Please include a copy of the invoice (which is enclosed with your order), using the new returns information section at the bottom of the form.
- Please include a note stating why you believe the goods are faulty.
- If you are sending nappies/trainer pants please just send a few rather than a whole pack, plus the packaging, but do contact us to discuss first.
- Once we have received the goods, and deemed them to be faulty (this may involve the product being sent to the manufacturer which can take up to 30 days for the product to be tested) we can then refund the value of the items (or send replacement items) and the cost of postage. This refund must be put on the card used for the original order.
