Payment & returns

Delivery for all orders is £3.95, this is a next working day courier delivery if orders are placed before 3pm.  However we will charge extra on orders over 25kg and less on very small orders.

Please note - there are no expensive surcharges for next working day delivery. ALL orders are next working day (except for samples which are sent by post).

We work with Thawte Consulting and Sage Pay, two highly respected online partners, to make sure that your order is processed safely and securely.  An 'https' prefix before the website address in your browser's address bar lets you know that you are accessing a secure webpage where none of your information is visible to other internet users.  If you have any concerns about site security, give us a call on 0845 226 2186.

 

Packaging

 

We re-use boxes that may not be labelled with Naturebotts products, so please do check whether it’s your naturebotts order if you don’t recognize the packaging.

Smaller products may be included in with other boxes, so nappy sacks may be put in with wipes for example. Please look carefully through all your boxes.

Samples of nappies & trainer pants are delivered free and may be posted separately to your order.

 

 

Returns

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER ON RECEIPT AND INFORM US OF ANY DISCREPANCIES WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS.

If you wish to return all or part of your order, please contact us first on 0845 226 2186.

Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt and should be adequately insured during the return journey.

Please get proof of postage from the Post Office as it is your liability if the returned goods do not reach us. Don’t forget to include a copy of the invoice enclosed with your order, using the returns information section at the bottom of the form. You will pay for return postage unless the item is faulty (see below).

Once we have received the returned goods, we will contact you to arrange a refund to the credit card used to place the original order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the adjustment on the card.

You will pay the usual postage costs for any replacement items ordered.

Goods will not be refunded unless in their original saleable condition.

Faulty Goods

If you receive faulty goods, please contact us first on 0845 226 2186.

Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt and should be adequately insured during the return journey. Please get proof of postage from the Post Office as it is your liability if the returned goods do not reach us.

Don’t forget to include a copy of the invoice enclosed with your order, using the returns information section at the bottom of the form. Please include a note stating why you believe your goods are faulty.

If you are returning nappies or trainer pants please just send a few rather than a whole pack, plus the packaging, but make sure you contact us first.

Once we have received the returned goods, and deemed them to be faulty (this may involve returning the product to the manufacturer for testing which can take up to 30 days) we will refund the value of your order (or send replacement items) and the cost of postage. This refund must be put on the card used for the original order.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
