1. How much do I need to spend to get free delivery?
If your order comes to over £60 we’ll throw in delivery free of charge. Anything under £60 is £5.25 for delivery... so it makes sense to order in bulk! View more delivery information.
2. If I place on order on a Friday will it arrive on Saturday?
Unfortunately, we only deliver Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays). If you order before 3pm on Friday we’ll make sure that your order gets to you by the following Monday, but all is not lost if you order after 3pm: your delivery will arrive the following Tuesday.
3. Does my order have to be delivered to my billing address?
Not necessarily. We can deliver it to wherever is most convenient for you: office, granny’s house, childminder...
4. Can you specify a time for my delivery?
Timing can sometimes be tricky. Even though we’ll deliver your order between 8am and 6pm, we can leave it wherever you need if you’re out of the house. Just make sure to leave us instructions on where to leave your goods when you place your order. If you don’t leave instructions your order may be delayed.
5. I don’t want what I ordered and I want to return my goods.
That’s no problem: just call us to let us know you’re returning the goods and fill in the returns form on the bottom of the invoice you received with your delivery, making sure to include your contact details. Unfortunately you’ll need to pay to send your goods back to us if they’re not faulty or damaged. You’ll also need to pay for the P&P on replacement items. 6. I have faulty/damaged goods.
If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, give us a call on 0845 226 2186 to let us know what the problem is. For instance, sometimes we don’t need a whole pack of nappies returned but just a sample of them instead. Check out our returns information for more guidance.
7. Can my order be left with a neighbour or in a safe place?
That’s no problem. When you place your order, fill in your delivery request on the form. If you’re out when we arrive, we’ll leave a note to tell you that we called and drop-off your goods either with a neighbour or in a safe place depending on your instructions. Remember to make sure that your goods are in safe hands, as we won’t be able to replace them if they go astray. If your neighbour isn’t in when we deliver then we’ll take your goods back with us and arrange another delivery date. Check our delivery page for more information.
8. Do you deliver to outside the UK?
Unfortunately we only deliver to UK mainland at the moment. Have a look at our Useful Links pages for similar companies in other countries.
9. I don’t have an email address/I’m not on the internet. Can I still order?
Indeed, you can. We’re here between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday: give us a call on 0845 226 2186 to place an order.
10. Do you have trade prices for your products?
We’re more than happy to offer our nappies, trainer pants, wipes and nappy sacks in bulk to many buyers including hospitals, nurseries, wholesalers and shops. Call us on 0845 226 2186 for more advice.
11. Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
At the moment we can’t gift wrap any orders but stay tuned... it’s something we’re looking into! If you’re sending a gift to a friend, we’re not able to wrap it but we’ll make sure to take out the invoice before we dispatch the goods to them. Give us a call to let us know.
12. I’d like some information on Naturebotts for friends/playgroup/nursery. Can I get hold of any?
We’ll happily send you some of our promotional material: give us a call on 0845 226 2186 or order them online, and spread the word!
13. Is your packaging as environmentally friendly as your products?
Yes, it is. We reuse the boxes that our products originally came to us in and we even source unwanted boxes from local businesses, so don’t be alarmed if your goods arrive in a box for wine or a TV! We’ll make sure to label them from Naturebotts before we send them out to you.
14. Can I be sure that your online payments system is secure?
Absolutely. We work with Thawte Consulting and Sage Pay, two highly respected online partners, to make sure that your order is processed safely and securely. An ‘https’ prefix before the website address in your browser’s address bar lets you know that you are accessing a secure webpage where none of your information is visible to other internet users. If you have any concerns about site security, give us a call on 0845 226 2186.
15. Why can’t I log on to the website?
You’ll need to be registered to log on to our site. If you’re new to Naturebotts, register now and we’ll give you your own login details to make ordering fast and easy. If you registered on our old site you shouldn’t need to sign up with us again, just enter your old information and you’ll be able to log in. If you forget your password and need a hand, click on the “Forgotten Password?” link on the right hand side of the page and follow the steps.
