Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will be processed during office hours the next working day. We will send you a confirmation email on receiving your order, and another email once your order has been processed. Telephone orders can be placed Mon - Fri 9-5pm - call 0845 226 2186.

Order by 3pm for next day delivery

All UK online and telephone orders placed by 3pm will delivered the next working day, excluding the weekends and bank holidays. See below for UK areas which may incur extra delivery costs.

Please note - there are no expensive surcharges for next working day delivery. ALL orders are next working day (excluding samples which are sent by post or orders to areas listed below).

Northern Ireland, Highlands of Scotland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight

For Northern Ireland, the Highlands of Scotland and Islands off the mainland of the UK eg Isle of Man and Isle of Wight, delivery prices and timings may vary. If your order incurs extra delivery payment we will contact you asap to let you know how much this will be. Your order will not be sent until we have spoken with you. Free delivery and free reminders

We offer free delivery on all orders over £60, so it’s worth stocking up. There are no Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday deliveries so please use our Set up reminders service to make sure you don’t run out of anything crucial over a weekend.

Outside Mainland UK

Due to prohibitive delivery costs we are unable to supply Southern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Please contact us for details of local alternatives. When your order arrives

When you place your order, please give details of where your goods can be left if you are out - maybe in your porch or with a neighbour. If your order is left with someone else, the courier will put a card through your letterbox to let you know.

Your order should ideally be signed for and we cannot accept responsibility for any damage to or removal of goods left as instructed. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER ON RECEIPT AND INFORM US OF ANY DISCREPANCIES WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS.
