Delivery for all orders is £3.95.  This is a next working day (no surcharge) courier delivery if orders are made before 3pm.  For smaller items please call or email us and we may be able to send via Royal Mail.

When you place your order, please give details of where your goods can be left if you are out - maybe in your porch or with a neighbour.  If your order is left with someone else, the courier will put a card through your letterbox to let you know.

Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will be processed during office hours the next working day.  We will send you a confirmation email on recieving your order, and another email once your order has been processed.  Telephone orders can be placed Mon to Fri, 9 - 5pm - call 0845 226 2186.

We can offer a Saturday delivery service but please call us on 0845 226 2186 for further details as this option is not available online.  There are no Sunday or Bank Holiday deliveries so please use our set up reminders service to make sure you don't run out of anything crucial over the weekend.

Northern Ireland, Highlands of Scotland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight

For Northern Ireland, the Highlands of Scotland and Islands off the mainland of the UK eg Isle of Man and Isle of Wight, delivery prices and timings may vary. If your order incurs extra delivery payment we will contact you asap to let you know how much this will be. Your order will not be sent until we have spoken with you.
