More and more customers are letting us know how pleased they are with the service & products provided by Naturebotts and so we are proud to share them with you:

From Naomi, in Berks, 02/08: Thanks for the reminder but my daughter is now potty trained (mostly!), so we've stopped buying nappies for her. We do have another on the way however, so we'll probably be getting back in touch later in the year.
In the meantime, thank you for the great service you gave. I can't tell you how relieved I was not to have to lug nappies back with me every week with the shopping as we walk most of the time. The Moltex nappies also made us feel a bit better about our environmental impact, increasing, as it is, all the time!

Your products are great but above all your customer service is .... fantastic. I ordered some nappy samples last Friday and they arrived the following day. So delighted was I that I then ordered a bumper pack of nappies, wipes, sacks and some cream which also arrived the following day. You probably could not have delivered it any faster had you done so personally. I will definitely recommend you to my friends and my daughter's bottom is definitely better off too. Thank you

With my 1st baby I used washables or reusables, but the media criticised us for doing that claiming that that was even worse, with the use of water electricity etc. I compost your nappies in the compost patch. Next year we're going to grow 'Milly' veg!!!" (please note that for health & safety reasons Naturebotts does not recommend putting nappy compost on vegetables - just on plants)

I have been using them and composting them in the garden of our cafe bar. However, I have had to use Pampers on occasion and have noticed nappy rash after only 3 days. My 5 month old daughter has not had any nappy rash with Moltex. Thank you once again."

From Ness, in Sherwood, Nottingham: "Just wanted to say, firstly what an excellent product I've found the Moltex nappies to be, great fit, reliable and very absorbent, convenient and guilt free. I can say hand on heart that my son has not yet had a single case of nappy rash since we started using them. Secondly what a fabulous service you give, last month I accidentally put the wrong expiry date on my card details, you rang the following day to ask me to clarify, and we sorted it all out, bit of a brain glitch on my part. However I was most peeved with myself because as usual I had left it until the last minute to place my order and I reasoned I now wouldn't get my nappies until the following day, and I would have to go and buy those other things. However I was so wrong, later that day my nappy order turned up! Now either that was a mistake or finally I've found a company who really understand about looking after their customer's, either way I felt relieved, pleased, and valued. From Karl in Bucks: "It is a minefield for first time parents with everyone pulling you in different directions regarding the environment, comfort, useability and cost, not to mention a rainforest's worth of literature to aid your decision! You have to be mad not to want to do your bit for the planet but there are obviously many constraints on new parents - knowledge, time, availability, cost etc etc. We are delighted to have solved these issues without having to compromise. A nappy that offers the obvious flexbility of a disposable, isn't so large that my baby has to wear a sack to disguise it, has idiot proof changing (I'm a boy), a fabulous level of comfort for my little girl, does not cost the earth but goes some way towards saving it, gives me free compost, a clear conscience and bragging rights at NCT meetings! I cannot recommend Moltex Oko & Naturebotts highly enough"
